CommitU Database
For high school & travel ball coaches
Coaching a baseball, softball, or volleyball team?
Give every family on your roster a real recruiting system — and see it all from one dashboard.
- ✓ Track your whole roster's outreach, opens, and coach replies in real time
- ✓ See which players are active and who needs a nudge
- ✓ Add your team with a code — every player gets the full CommitU toolkit
For college coaches
Recruiting for your program? Your next recruit might already be looking for you.
Search every player in our database by position, metrics, and location — and see exactly who has already added your program to their target list.
- ✓ Filter recruits by position, grad year, metrics, and distance
- ✓ See who's targeting your program before they ever email you
- ✓ Message a recruit directly — no gatekeeping, no agency in between
- ✓ A weekly email when new recruits add your program to their list
For organizations
Running an organization with multiple teams and coaches?
Assign staff to the regions, teams, or age groups they actually cover — everyone sees only the players assigned to them, so a large staff can focus on a manageable list instead of drowning in the whole organization's roster.
- ✓ Assign coaches and directors to specific teams, regions, or age groups
- ✓ A coach sees their own players — not the whole organization's
- ✓ Directors and owners get the cross-team view when they need it
- ✓ Track outreach and recruiting progress at every level, from one team up to the whole org
